Binda Kanayalkar, HR Advisor, with over 30 years of corporate exposure, worked with EXXONMOBIL for over 24 years. Her last assignment was HR & Administration Manager - as a key advisor & practitioner in various HR & Administration. She chose to take early retirement to pursue her passion towards working closely with Organisations & Institutions that are driven by strong processes and organizational ethics and relate to people Learning & Development, Welfare, Wellness, Safety, Health & Environment. She works with Employers who offer an employee assistance program (EAP) as a benefit of employment and recognize that professional counseling and related services help their employees more expeditiously resolve personal problems that diminish their work performance. Her Wellness programs under Employee Engagement activities, brings about a complete transformation in the individual and leads to enhanced personal and professional productivity, calm mind, fit body and an inspired life. As a practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga for over twenty years, she uses her experience and exposure in her workshops and programs. She has successfully guided and handled many Yoga therapy cases.
