As a teacher I've honed my communication organization and interpersonal skills all of which are crucial in HR roles. My experience in managing classrooms and handling diverse groups of students has equipped me with the ability to understand and address the needs of individuals effectively. Additionally my background in education has provided me with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to dynamic environments which are essential qualities in HR where every day brings new challenges and situations to navigate.
