Hi. My name is Bindiya Sharma and I am working with National Rural Livelihoods Mission in UT of J&K. Before this I worked with Nabard Consultancy services.I am born and brought up in Jammu. I have done Master in Social Work. I have 6 Years experience in skill development. I have also mastered Travel and Tourism Management. My specialty include quickly learning new skills and grow positively towards my career in the field of Consultancy and Social Responsibility. Currently my job is to generate and sustain the livelihoods of Rural women and Self Help groups; organize and let the rural people participate in various Govt programs like Vikas Bharat Yatra, Ayushman Bharat, Meri policy mere haath, Atmanirbhar Bharat Rozgar Yojna. organized training and capacity building for SHGs in Watershed program for livelihoods. In NABCONS, my job was the monitoring and evaluation of the project Himayat(DDU_GKY) social responsibility that has been undertaken for the betterment of the youth of J&K by the Government of India.
