Experienced Academic specialist with over 20 years of experience in IBDP and Cambridge curriculum. EE and TOK coordinator, Senior IB examiner for Biology and team leader for EE Biology. Educational consultant, offering to mentor the teaching and learning community through a curated workshop module. My core strength is to facilitate the concept of collaborative learning in a multi – national – ethnic – cultural environment and to integrate knowledge processes in the lateral and vertical dimensions across curriculum and subject domains. Also to incorporate processes and tools to facilitate comprehension in an environment spanning multiple intelligence levels and to identify and leverage appropriate technology to enhance pedagogy. My passion is to help create best practices using the knowledge and experience gathered over the years to develop strategies that promote inquiry based learning.
