I am an open, direct and highly motivated leader with over 20+ years experience working at the forefront of Bangalore’s IT industry, with expertise in building strong processes and leading large scale programs. Specialities include: SAP, Programs - Project and Program Management along with middleware Technologies.I see inclusivity, diversity and empowerment as the keys to building high performing teams that are self-motivated and driven to achieve. Utilising acute people management skills across areas like hiring, team engagement, performance management, rewards/recognition, coaching and career management, I have led a succession of large teams in global matrix organization structures, cultivating strong partnerships and executive rigor throughout.My current role sees me leading Programs and Project implementation, applications maintenance and support across consumer product clusters to ensure the stability, availability and performance of the business-critical systems.
