I have had a strong passion for the pharmacy and healthcare industry from an early age, and have spent my entire career making an impact through my pharmacy, clinical & operational leadership expertise. I have a broad scope of achievements and my most notable include: •Oversaw / Led / managed logistics for medication delivery to displaced communities (Maui wildfires)- 2023•Led a 60 store area, achieving >85% in proportion of days covered patient medication adherence metric (highest in the region for CA and HI)- 2021, 2022 •Best in class, results / spearheaded MTM program in the area - 2021•COVID vaccinations at LTCFs (Residents, Staff); Special recognition for execution by SFDPH - 2021•Exceeded all performance targets (including expanding specialty pharmacy growth +15%- 2019 •Owned complex project: URAC accreditation for 11 specialty pharmacies - 2018 Through my strength of communication and collaboration, I have driven exceptional results for projects with large cross-functional teams.
