Background

About Bingxin Ni

My specialization is Design for Interaction, which is closely related to user-product interaction and experience. The main process is a combination of research and design. It involves iterations of user studies for conceptualisation and design assessment. I am enthusiastic in user-centered design. I have affinity with enjoyable household product design and user-friendly interface design. I want to simplify people's daily life and make them sense happiness even from a tiny point. In the meantime, I don't want to limit my scope in this field because I believe that diversity can broaden my view and enrich my understanding of design. I am willing to take challenge and improve my skills through different design projects. My master graduation project was to design an interface of smart home system for Chinese market. Although the topic was quite tough, by doing the project, I gained valuable experience in user interface design as well as skills of making interactive prototype. Now I am looking for a job that is relevant to product design, user interface design and service design where I have great interest and I am able to employ my design skills to a full.
