As a highly skilled and experienced personnel, I possess a proven track record of success in the information technology and services industry. My experience includes serving as an IT Intern at P.F. Markey Inc, where I successfully developed and implemented several innovative projects utilizing advanced technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, MySQL, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript, leading to a significant improvement in internal efficiency. Additionally, I served as a Student Manager at Aramark's Dining Service at Saginaw Valley State University, effectively implementing and enforcing departmental policies and training student employees in regular duties, food safety, and financial responsibilities. As a senior class project, I developed a sophisticated web-based application that extracts and analyzes data from the Office of Academic Affairs' course schedule Excel sheet, allowing users to easily modify schedules, send automated emails, and generate reports. Additionally, I participated in an externship at the AT & T Summer Learning Academy, where I gained valuable knowledge and understanding in Personal Development, Business, Technology, and insights on life at AT & T through self-paced courses and live educational events led by company leadership and industry experts. Furthermore, I served as the President of the International Student Club (ISC) at SVSU where I established and tracked goals for a club of 50+ members, effectively ran meetings, appointed committee chairs, oversaw and created engaging social media content with 60+ posts, and followers combined, effectively delegated tasks, retained members, and consistently maintained open communication with the club advisor. I am fluent in both English and Vietnamese and possess a wide range of technical skills including programming languages such as Java, Visual Basic.NET, HTML, JavaScript (NodeJS), x86 Assembly, MySQL, Python (Data Analysis), C#, ASP.NET, and Android Development (Java), etc. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.
