About Binh Pham

After graduating from Hanoi University of Science and Technology as an ICT engineer, I came to Japan and started my career as an SEO director in Digital Marketing Agency IREP Co, Ltd. My job as a consultant is to give advice to my clients to improve their websites to reach more users on the internet. That means I provided them suggestions and solutions on how to fix the website so that it can communicate better with the search engine such as Google, Bing. After more than 3 years, I changed my job to DiCentral Japan K.K- a global EDI software service provider with a title of business analyst (BA). I also worked as one of the main project manager (PM) and presales in the company.+ As PM, I lead the project team, define the project plan, create WBS including scope, schedule, and risk management plans, ensure that the project follows execution best practices. I was in charge of a full cycle implementation to deliver an automotive EDI solution between 1 OEM and 51 suppliers. The project was a great success for DiCentral.+ As BA, I was involved in improving our company automotive EDI solution following MMOG/LE, the global standards for supply chain management processes that provide industry best practices. Based on the gap analysis that our solution architectures made, I create the corresponding design documents so that our college from development team can start coding.+ As presales, I’m in charge of working with sales members to demonstrate our solutions and prepare proposal documents to explain suggestions to match our customer’s needs.
