I am confident that, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a strong enthusiasm for patient care, I have the skills and qualities required to be successful in this position. I have recently applied for registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council, and I am eagerly awaiting approval. I have completed all necessary requirements for registration. Once receive the APC, I will proceed to AHPRA. I am a registered nurse with a total of 17 years of nursing experience, 16 years of which consisted of working at Latifa Hospital in Dubai, and my area of expertise is critical care nursing for obstetrics and gynaecology/Pediatrics. I have solid clinical skills and the rapid thinking necessary to handle emergencies. I am skilled at performing diagnostic procedures, monitoring patients' vital signs, and administering medication. Along with having a good communication style, I have worked well with interdisciplinary teams to deliver all-encompassing patient care. Additionally, I am skilled in using electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology to accurately document patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. In my previous position, I helped put evidence-based practices into practice to enhance patient outcomes and lower hospital readmissions. I am dedicated to continuing my professional growth, and I have extra training in both pediatric advanced life support (PALS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
