I am a process engineer specializing in rice and wheat processing with over ten years of professional experience in the food industry. My expertise lies in process improvement, process engineering, software testing, training, quality management, and customer consulting. My objective is to develop and implement innovative solutions to address global food security challenges. I take pride in being a part of the Bühler Group, a leading provider of technologies and services for grain and food processing. I am always eager to acquire new skills, adapt, and take on challenges. In my previous role as a process engineer for rice processing at Bühler Group, I was responsible for commissioning rice processing plants, software testing and optimization, on-site staff training, and milling process optimization. I have successfully completed several rice processing projects in various African and Latin American countries, such as commissioning the rice plant of Leonor Carrinho in Angola and setting up a rice processing plant in Panama. I worked closely with customers to understand their needs and meet their expectations. I utilized my skills in process improvement, process engineering, consulting, and team management to enhance the efficiency, quality, and profitability of rice processing.
