I am currently employed at NAVAIR Technologies in Canada, working in the calibration field, where I am responsible for ensuring the precise calibration of equipment. In addition to my core duties, I actively contribute to business development and process improvements, identifying opportunities to optimize performance across various systems and operations. My role also involves studying receiving and shipping details, ensuring that inventory flows seamlessly and aligns with project needs. I hold a BTech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, which provides a solid foundation in technical problem-solving, as well as a PG Diploma in International Business Management & Logistics Systems, offering me a comprehensive understanding of the business side of operations. This combination of engineering and business education equips me with a multifaceted skill set that allows me to approach challenges strategically. Before joining NAVAIR, I gained over 3 years of experience in procurement (buyer) in the electrical section, where I successfully managed supplier relationships, negotiated contracts, and ensured the timely delivery of quality components. My work experience in procurement sharpened my attention to detail, negotiation skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments. With my diverse background, I am known for my problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and strong communication skills. I thrive in dynamic environments and am passionate about continuous improvement, both in my professional development and in the operations I contribute to.
