Reporting directly to the CEO, as an Executive Assistant, my job has been and continues to complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; plans, supports, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected, completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. Also supporting the Executive Office comprising of team of Directors and provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Executive office and internal departments; with a skill to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff. Organizing, liaising by booking and planning extensive schedules and arrangements for international and global conferences, scheduling meetings, organizing lunch & dinners bookings and facilitations. Have strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Have demonstrated the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, have arranged, organized and executed Corporate and Staff Events alike, Gala dinners and casual gatherings with ease and comfort. And can work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. During my tenure, also continue to provide support and manage the events business and team. Have explored and experienced on – ground management and executive of various public and private events, musical and theatre shows, Overall destination wedding, destination celebrations and other such private events.
