About Bipan Sharma

I'm an Application Support Engineer at Tyro Payments, where I work behind the scenes to ensure seamless operations for payment systems used by thousands of businesses every day. I specialize in troubleshooting complex technical issues, ensuring 99.99% uptime, and continuously improving support processes, monitoring, and incident response workflows.I've led efforts to standardize support operations, define performance metrics, and ensure system reliability through proactive alerting, monitoring, and continuous operational improvements. Whether it’s investigating API failures, tuning infrastructure across AWS and on-prem environments, or writing clear, scalable runbooks, I’m passionate about making systems not just work, but work better.Beyond reactive support, I’m deeply curious about the future. I’m currently exploring AI and machine learning, building small automation tools, and diving into the next generation of payments—from digital wallets and real-time payments to blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi).I believe the next leap in fintech will combine reliable infrastructure with adaptive intelligence, and I’m excited to be part of that shift. If you're working on Payments, AI, Crypto-based systems, or are just curious I’d love to connect.
