As a Lead Performance Manager at Airbus, I am responsible for managing transnational people and projects in the domain of Operations,Supply Chain and Quality Management performance. I have more than 15 years of experience same field and I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Total Quality Management and Production Technology. My core competencies include leading and driving complex Quality issue resolution related to Safety and continuous improvement projects, setting the standards, measures, and identifying and facilitating improvements. I also have specific skills in Quality Programme Management, Non-conformance Management, Internal and External Supplier Monitoring, Quality Management System, and Risk Analysis. I use tools such as Value Stream Mapping and 5S to optimize processes and ensure customer satisfaction. My mission is to improve the performance and efficiency of Airbus Processes and its products, while ensuring the highest level of safety and quality.
