Currently pursuing an MS in Bioinformatics at Georgia Tech and actively seeking Spring 2026 Internship/Co-op opportunities to apply my technical skills and bioinformatics expertise to solve biological challenges. With a strong interest in precision medicine, I am passionate about the potential of technology to personalize healthcare and drive advancements in treatment. I am dedicated to making a meaningful impact on human health by leveraging data-driven approaches to enhance medical outcomes.My primary research focus is in cancer biology, and I am affiliated with the Winship Cancer Institute at Emory University School of Medicine. At Bhasin Systems Biomedicine Lab, I'm engaged in scRNA-seq analysis of PBMCs from prostate cancer patients to study the effects of GnRHa treatment on cardiotoxicity, while also applying a transcriptomic meta-analysis approach to integrate multi-omic data, including scRNA-seq, microarray, and bulk RNA-seq expression profiles, to explore the molecular landscape of cholangiocarcinoma for potential biomarker discovery.As a dedicated and curious learner, I am committed to delivering excellence in every project I undertake.
