My name is Birgit Baron, and I am a certified business economist (FH), sales expert, holistic resilience coach and yoga instructor. With 15 years of experience in sales and key account management in the IT industry, I combine practical experience in sales with deep coaching expertise from my work as a coach, resilience trainer, and yoga instructor. Personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking form the foundation of all my actions, along with my clear focus on solutions and goals. Whether in my sales roles or as a coach, the following is always important to me: Engaging in dialogue on an equal footing and genuinely caring about what matters to the person I am interacting with. Viewing changes and challenges as our "normal" and recognizing opportunities in them. Learning from each other and continuously developing. Strengthening people and fostering collaboration.
