Prior to her current position in the Middle East, Birgit was based in the UK/ Europe where she worked with a number of Multinational corporations, advising them on transformational and organisational change projects. Since moving to the Middle East in 2010, Birgit has helped shape and advise the people strategy of a number of medium to large organisations working closely with the executive team to proactively identify opportunities, recognise challenges and devise practical solutions.
