Combining technical & PM (standard & agile) knowledge as well as high leadership qualities I'm highly motivated and passionate about agile mindset, agile transformation and agile faciltation methods and tools. I appreciate to apply this mindset and tools, develop ideas and concepts for mindset and organizational change. I'm also well experienced in standard, waterfall project management tools, monitoring and reporting. I'm looking for the best of all from the different approaches with the goal to generate the perfect symbiosis. I'm looking for inspiring contacts, knowledge exchange and best practice sharing with regard to agile mindest and methodologies as well standard project management and leadership in pharmaceutical, chemical or technical sectors. I have a very structured working approach and I'm working very solution oriented. I'm highly motivated to learn and experience new things, develop and coach teams and groups as a servant leader.
