I am a Senior HSEQ Advisor in the Oil & Gas sector with 8 years of experience, responsible for HSE performance analysis and reporting, developing safety culture and fostering HSE communication. I am experienced in conducting due diligence in M&A projects and handling HSE topics in the Federal Investment Guarantees process, e.g. Environmental and Social Impact Assessments. I am passionate about leading diverse and complex projects to a success - being dedicated and a team worker with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. After successful implementation of our global HSE incident reporting software system, I have been leading a project to design and roll out a corporate Safety Leadership Learning program for leaders with the goal to enhance and strengthen our Safety Culture. In my current role a key task is to I analyze HSE data with the goal to improve our safety performance and enable company wide learning.
