As an Implementation Manager at Bidhee, I lead the deployment of software solutions for clients across various sectors, ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. I also provide training and support to the end-users, as well as manage the communication and coordination among the stakeholders. I have over three years of experience in consultancy and documentation, having worked as an Associate Consultant and a Documentation Officer at Nepal Realistic Solution Pvt. Ltd, where I helped clients achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Asian College of Management & Technology, where I studied business administration and management. I have strong skills in training, problem solving, and personnel management, as well as a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction. I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices, and to contribute to the growth and success of Bidhee and its clients.
