Biswa is an ethical, passionate and transparent leader highly experienced in handling the entire gamut of finance for large manufacturing and service organisations. He has more than 20 years of experience in Finance and Accounting organization of renowned corporations primarily in the Manufacturing segment including Automobile OEMs, Chemicals, Elevators & Escalators and Industrial & Safety Equipment manufacturing. Currently, he is the global head of tax projects at Danfoss Power Solutions. He has held multiple senior leadership roles including Commercial Controller of the Asia Pacific Hydraulics business at Eaton Corporation, General Manager and Head of Finance at Eaton India Hydraulics business, Head of Finance and Controller at Imerys Carbonates India and CFO at Solvay India Speciality Polymers business. As a part of the Leadership Team of the businesses, he held pivotal roles in achieving desired financial and operational metrics and enabling business growth. The combination of length and breadth of experience across industries and organizations has enabled him to develop a deeper expertise in areas such as Corporate Finance, Controllership, Business and Finance Strategy, Treasury & Cash Management, Credit Control, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Risk Management, Internal Control, Statutory Compliance, Corporate Governance and Audit, coupled with outstanding stakeholder relationship management, team building, training and business analytical skills. He has also worked under various ERP environments such as Oracle, MfgPro, SAP, etc. Biswa is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and holds a Ph.D in International Tax and Transfer Pricing from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru.
