About Bita Rezvani

Recently employed in project employment as an intern at Nordjysk project management. Here I have honed a new skillset including recruitment, employee management, screening of candidates, organising CV and databases, conducting job interviews, optimising SOP's and much much more. Recently put my skills to work in the Business Development department at EY. Actively engaging in regional event management of Entrepreneur of the Year. Implementing design thinking, market analysis, and defining processes and support for strategy and execution of Board Consulting initiatives. As well as general business development activities including go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and stakeholder management. Recently completed my Masters in International Business. With a dedication to the study program, I have acquired a unique skillset in problem-solving through problem-based learning. Through the production of several Academic projects, I’ve had multiple Company interactions and have made analyses of multiple international organizations. During my MSc thesis, I worked with several international SMEs in the manufacturing industry and analyzed the effect of Business Model Innovation on their barriers to international growth. This has resulted in useful learnings regarding the innovation of the different elements of a firm's business model and the positive effects they have on international growth. During the BSc thesis, I worked with the organization Spar Nord A/S with leadership-related issues during the global pandemic. I have studied the optimization of employee motivational factors during a home-working environment, as well as the dynamic capabilities of the organization and the use of those. This has created insight into situational leadership and organizational management through difficulties, with the aim of bettering organizational development in the practical field of work. Aside from my studies, I have acquired multiple jobs, which have taught me the value of hard work, communication, teamwork, people skills and nonetheless great learning abilities. In my spare time, I have experimented with my own start-up, although my entrepreneurial dreams were postponed due to prioritizing university. I have developed a unique set of abilities in creating a web-shop and working with the platform Shopify, and I have come to know the steps required to start a business. In my sparetime I work on self development and actively implement personal growth initiatives, which contributes to my positive attitude. I am familiar with SPSS, Microsoft Excel, iMovie, etc
