BJ is an insurance leader with over 15 years in the industry and experience with personal and business P&C products. He is skilled in leading and coaching teams, researching and sizing market opportunities, and pricing and designing insurance and insurance adjacent products. As the AVP, Head of Emerging Partnerships at Travelers in Hartford, CT, he networks with InsurTech entrepreneurs and companies to understand potential insurance industry disruptors. BJ partners with innovative start ups who's products reduce or introduce new risks for consumers. He also uses his extensive knowledge of the existing insurance marketplace to track new entrants and new offerings from established players. BJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from WPI (2007) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Finance & Management from The University of Connecticut School of Business (2012). BJ is also heavily involved in youth sports and coaches both soccer and baseball.
