In September 2025, we will surpass 45 years of reclamation, regulatory, permitting and environmental planning experience involving federal (Canada & US), provincial and state application processes, requiring multi-disciplinary reviews: aggregate pit operations, limestone/shale/gypsum quarry operations; pipeline construction & reclamation; highway and resource road construction & highway maintenance yards; airport apron, taxiway & runway construction; prairie coal mines, mining & reclamation programs; EA preparation and reviews; cement manufacturing process; ready mix concrete & hot mix asphalt facility operations; marine barging (aggregate) operations; loading docks & landing sites; industrial sites, emissions controls & effluent treatment; industrial process water use; operational & decommissioned water crossings; and, wellsite construction & reclamation activities. Municipal, Provincial, State and Federal authorizations for industrial activities; environmental impact assessment preparation, scoping and review; and municipal land use re-designation or development permit applications. Business development for non-metallic resources extraction, heavy construction and infrastructure industry sectors as well as upstream & midstream energy industry sectors. Specialties: Project permitting and development of site-specific EA, EMS, ECO-plans and EPP for pit, quarry, heavy construction and infrastructure projects including upstream energy facilities. Project management for environmental/reclamation activities. Supervision of contractors, sub-contractors and consultants. Confirm safe work practices and any damage prevention initiatives. Construction and Infrastructure projects: pit and quarry mine plans/water management/reclamation; pipeline construction/reclamation; and, highway construction. Prepare RFPs and RFQs, project scope of work and budgets. Business development, introduce clients to practice areas.
