About Bjarne Rigelsen

I’m a hands-on project manager and problem solver with 20+ years in production, automation, and plastics. I’ve worked across roles and industries – from robot programming to agile project leadership – and I like making things run smoother, faster, and smarter. I’m certified in Scrum and Prince2, and comfortable leading both technical teams and complex projects. I enjoy finding practical solutions, spotting automation potential, and working with people at all levels. Curious, grounded, and always up for a challenge. I like fixing things – systems, processes, production lines, and the way people work together. With a background in plastics and a long career in manufacturing, I’ve done everything from programming robots to managing international projects, and I still enjoy getting my hands dirty when needed. I’ve worked on both sides of the table – supplier and buyer – and in roles like technician, consultant, project manager, and team lead. That variety helps me see the full picture and find improvements others might miss. I’m certified in both Scrum and Prince2, and I run projects in whatever setup fits the situation – agile, traditional, or hybrid. What matters is making progress, solving problems, and keeping people aligned. Outside the technical side, I’ve also served as a union representative and board member, which gave me solid experience in people dynamics, negotiation, and leadership.
