About Bjoern Brumann

I help people and organisations grow by turning complex HR systems and training content into clear, practical learning journeys. At AmRest since 2018, I’ve been responsible for localising global learning and HR materials into German (Germany & Austria), ensuring they are not only linguistically accurate but also relevant and usable. This involves close coordination with international project teams and business owners. From 2019 onwards, I expanded my role to support key HR and talent processes such as year-end reviews, goal-setting, and onboarding immersions. In 2024–2025, I played a central role in migrating these processes to SAP SuccessFactors, including testing, system translation, rollout support, and user communications. Beyond localisation, I edit and adapt training content (Camtasia, Canva, PowerPoint) and build structures for LMS administrators such as helpdesks, knowledge bases, and training videos. I’m detail-oriented, highly organised, and skilled at bridging HR, L&D, and IT stakeholders. Going forward, I’m keen to step further into Talent Development roles where I can contribute not just operational support but also shape learning experiences and employee growth.
