About Blade McGunn

I’m the founder and systems architect behind Operion — a next-generation workforce operating system that replaces outdated hiring with automation, certification, and scroll-based ownership. My work focuses on designing scalable, sovereign systems that transform how talent, culture, and infrastructure are built across Africa, the diaspora, and the global south. At the core of Operion is a single premise: systems, not hustle, scale results. That engine powers: • Wanzia — the world’s first cultural nation for creators, where fans become citizens and scrolls replace platforms • ApartmentBlade — a real estate locator engine proving Operion’s automation power using my dormant license • Patent-backed tech that turns pipelines into programmable outcomes — for licensing, workforce, culture, and beyondOver two decades, I’ve worked across publishing, digital media, health, and decentralized talent systems. I’m obsessed with infrastructure that lasts, and I’ve spent years crafting what I now call the Operator OS™ — an automation and training engine designed for sovereign builders across every vertical. If you’re building systems that need automation, sovereignty, or scale — let’s connect.
