Regional Supervisor (Lansing Area and Parts of Indiana)(Manage 32)(December 2022-Present) • Regional Supervisor (Lansing Area)(Manage 12)(June 2022 - December 2022) In my years in leadership roles within Stryker, I have grown and brought many areas of impact to the job: vast knowledge of business expertise, functional knowledge, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. I have had many successful meetings with customers’ management over multiple subject matters and contract issues. Those have included changes within assembly, incident reports, PBAs, bioburden incidents, in services, contract talks/expansions, and re-educating staff members. I have also had multiple team meetings, re-educations, performed competencies, performed in-service with Stryker staff, kept track of metrics, handled FPC, helped with career development of team members, dealt with corrective actions, worked with sales rep almost daily, and been through the backfilling/educating new hires process. I have worked with many branches of Stryker toward excellent patient care and efficiency.
