About Blair Martin

I began my automotive career at a young age with Ford as an automotive detailer, driven by a passion for vehicles and customer service. Through dedication and hard work, I progressed into an apprenticeship and ultimately earned my certification as a Ford Master Technician. My journey didn’t stop there—I transitioned to the front end of the business, where I became an award-winning Service Advisor and later advanced to the role of Service Manager. Over my 19-year career with Ford Lincoln, I was honored with multiple accolades, including my second PEAK Performance Award—a testament to my commitment to excellence, team leadership, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Most recently, I explored a new challenge in a smaller, independent store to broaden my perspective and skills. After a short but valuable experience, I’ve moved on and am now preparing to embrace my next exciting opportunity in the automotive industry.
