About Blair Miller

I have a passion for taking care of people. I am fortunate to have found a career where I get to make a meaningful difference every day. As a Registered Nurse at Harborview Medical Center, I primarily serve in the Trauma/Orthopedics department, caring for individuals who have been referred for a variety of orthopedic procedures, some resulting from traumatic injury. I often work as the Charge Nurse, helping to maintain the quality of care in my unit, providing the first level of feedback for nurses under my watch, helping oversee admissions and discharges, and assisting with more typical nursing tasks, such as checking on patients and administering medicine. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. I believe it has allowed me to provide a higher, more effective and compassionate level of care for my patients in order to make a lasting difference in their health and life. I live in Seattle with my husband who is a financial advisor in the area. We love traveling and exploring new places to eat. I love cooking and am always looking for interesting recipes to try!
