I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of matters, including commercial disputes, complex construction claims, Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) claims, and personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from construction site accidents, premises defects, defective products, and toxic torts. I have experience in both first party and third party insurance claims. In addition to handling disputes that have already ripened into lawsuits, I have helped my clients manage and allocate risk by assisting them in the preparation, negotiation, and review of contracts, including responses to Request for Proposals, equipment lease agreements, and Master Service Agreements. I have also helped manage and control costs through the development of litigation budgets.
