About Blair Solberger

I earned my masters in Sports Nutrition from Florida State University. I struggled and endured through many hardships to do so, and have learned some valuable lessons. The key lesson being: hard work and determination pay off, but passion and being true to yourself make the former less arduous. After grad school I worked for EXOS helping a variety of athletes from college combine prospects, injured spec ops military personnel, and off season professional athletes. Next, I spent two seasons working as the team sports dietitian for the Miami Dolphins. These positions certainly helped to develop my mindset around nutrition and further my career. Currently I work for Rebecca Bitzer and Associates as a dietitian. At this stage in my career I work with a mixture of sports clients, corporate wellness events, weight management, diabetes, and heat disease. Every stage of my career has help me grow and become a better, more understanding nutrition coach.
