Après 3 années de formation à l'école hôtelière Jean GUEHENNO, j'ai évolué dans la restauration de luxe, chez des étoilés MICHELIN, puis j'ai eu l'opportunité d'intégrer l'HÔTEL RITZ en tant que Chef de cuisine enseignant et d'y côtoyer Guy LEGAY et Michel ROTH. J'ai par la suite créé mon restaurant en région Parisienne. J'ai intégré en 2013 l'Institut PAUL BOCUSE à ECULLY, où j'ai formé des étudiants en MASTER et en DOCTORAT. Pendant cette période, j'ai aussi effectué de nombreuses missions d'audit en Amérique latine et en Asie.
