About Blake Bartley

Blake Bartley is an urban real estate specialist with an in-depth knowledge of neighborhood revitalization strategies, property positioning, and tenant recruitment. As a landlord representative, Blake has led commercial tenant recruitment efforts for over a half billion dollars’ worth of mixed-use infill developments throughout Greater Cincinnati, including both historic redevelopment and new construction. As a Tenant representative, Blake’s clients include some of Cincinnati’s most notable talent in the hospitality industry. In addition to leasing, he is experienced in acquisition and disposition of investment properties and large-scale property portfolios, as well as real estate investment and development consulting. A graduate of DAAP and trained as an Urban Planner, Blake spent several years as a design professional prior to joining Urban Fast Forward, with a special expertise in visualizing real estate developments, and was recognized as one of the top visualization artists in the world. Wanting to get back to his urban planning roots and build on his passion for cities, Mr. Bartley now works to create positive change in cities and urban neighborhoods.
