About Blake Bergeron

With more than 20 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, I am a committed and results-driven professional who is passionate about quality and efficiency. I possess a solid foundation in design of experiments (DOE), statistical process control (SPC), labor productivity, and cost reduction, and I am also knowledgeable in Six Sigma methodology. I take pleasure in collaborating with SEH America, a top manufacturer of silicon wafers for the electronics sector, where I align with their vision of innovation, excellence, and sustainability. At present, I oversee operations and lead shift teams, making sure that the materials we produce align with or surpass corporate safety standards, quality benchmarks, and manufacturing timelines. I conduct advanced statistical data analysis to pinpoint equipment and process failures, and I present suggested solutions to management, engineering, and maintenance teams based on my analysis. I also create and implement processes aimed at reducing production costs and enhancing ROI. One of my greatest accomplishments was my contribution to a substantial improvement in both first pass and final pass yield over the years, which led to increased profits. Furthermore, I have been involved in the replacement and refurbishment of multiple generations of equipment, and I can also establish preventive maintenance programs. I am always keen to acquire new skills and technologies, and I work closely with my colleagues and stakeholders to provide high-quality products and services to our customers.
