About Blake Bradford

I coach blue-collar leaders from stressed-out doers to high-performing, confident leaders. I grew up in Mackay, worked hours as an auto electrician on mining and civil job sites, and saw firsthand how stress, burnout, and poor leadership break good people (including me). Now, I coach leaders to do things differently. After coaching over people and working with companies like BHP, Glencore, and Toyota, plus many family-owned businesses, we keep seeing the same three big problems: 1⃣ Leaders struggle with human skills like communication, trust, and influence. 2⃣ No clear direction for themselves or the team. 3⃣ They feel out of control, stressed, time-poor, and have low energy, and their home life struggles too. Passions & Approach: 1⃣ Mental fitness addresses the root cause of people's problems and team dynamics. It's about building resilience, confidence, and clarity. 2⃣ Your workplace should give energy, not take it away. 3⃣ I love breaking things down into practical tools that leaders can use (no fluffy corporate nonsense). Some wins I’m proud of: 1⃣ Raised $120K+ for mental health charities (and still going). 2⃣ Worked with teams across BHP, Glencore, Toyota, Usher Group, Woollams, and more. 3⃣ Built leadership programs that cut absenteeism, boosted engagement, and rebuilt team culture. Led two successful Guinness World Record projects. Fun facts: 1⃣ I love running **ultra marathons -**the longer and harder, the better (yeah, I'm a bit twisted like that). 2⃣ After leaving my trade business, I travelled Australia’s east coast in a van, started a podcast, and created video content.
