I have been working with Gopuff for 4 years now. I started in late July of 2018 as a Delivery Partner, and continued driving for about 4 months until I was promoted to Operations Associate in December of 2018. I was an Operations Associate for nearly a year until I was promoted to Shift Lead in October of 2019. As Shift Lead for almost 3 years, I was able to maintain an excellent culture in the MFC and I am also lucky to have an outstanding team here as well. As of June, 27 2022 I was made GM/Site Lead of Fort Collins #64! Our metrics are always amongst the top performers in our region/district especially for our queue times & pack times. I believe that there is always room for improvement, so I am always looking for ways to improve the store here in Fort Collins! It was a 4-year goal of mine to make it the GM level. Now I'm looking forward to making my site as strong as possible, and going up from there! Before Gopuff, I worked at Target, and Buffalo Wild Wings for lesser periods of time. Fortunately, I was able to utilize the opportunity as a line cook for Buffalo Wild Wings to transfer to a store in Colorado where I had been wanting to live for years and then tried my best to find something I loved to do. I briefly worked for Target as a seasonal stock person and discovered my love for inventory, but the hours were not ideal and there was little to no growth potential available. I then discovered Gopuff, and fell in love with the concept and culture! My first job was working for Jimmy John's as a member of the in-shop crew & a delivery driver. This was a great first job, and taught me about responsibility as well as how to budget and spend money. I was very happy working here, and enjoyed the fast-paced environment. I stayed in this position for almost 2.5 years until I wanted to move onto a full-time position. Unfortunately, Jimmy John's where I lived at the time only offered part-time positions. I have been very lucky to have been in the same relationship with my lovely girlfriend since 2009. We went to school together since 7th grade, and after graduating we had big dreams of moving away to the far and unknown! We chose to try our luck and moved from the corn fields of Illinois to the mountains of Colorado in 2018 where we have been happily living in Fort Collins, CO ever since! We have an amazing dog named Beefy who just turned three in April! His favorite past times include playing with toys, playing fetch, and finding any opportunity to swim!
