About Blake Cervone

My name is Blake Cervone. I have recently graduated with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Florida Polytechnic University. I have taken some specialized classes that I want to make note of, all of which I passed with flying colors. These classes are Turbomachinery, Vibrations and Controls, Design and Analysis of Machine Components, Probability and Statistics, Circuits 1 & 2, Heat Transfer, Introduction to Inorganic Materials, Energy Conversion and Sustainability, and Mechatronic Systems. I also had some project classes: Skills and Design 1 & 2, Mechanical Lab Design 1 & 2, and Senior Capstone. Lastly, I have also had some jobs and an internship that allowed me to gain experience. As an aspiring professional Mechanical Engineer, I have developed many software skills, technical skills, and general skills and traits that drive my ambitions forward. A few of my skills include Computer Aided Design (CAD), coding programs, advanced electronic circuitry, machining tools, design techniques, and advanced mathematical knowledge. I am a fast learner, disciplined, and I work well with others. I am eager to continue to learn and become more knowledgeable in the skills I have already developed and I am even more eager to learn new skills. I am excited to start this new chapter in my life, and look foward for what is to come.
