About Blake Cotter

Lead Pastor | Communicator | Vision-Driven Leader | Disciple-MakerAs the Lead Pastor of Our Savior’s Church Midtown in Lafayette, LA, I bring over 13 years of experience in pastoral leadership, Gospel-centered preaching, team development, and strategic ministry execution. My passion is to help people encounter Jesus, grow as disciples, and live on mission in their families, workplaces, and communities.Throughout my ministry, I’ve developed a strong track record in Biblical teaching, leadership development, team-building, organizational strategy, creative communication, and cultivating culture. Whether preaching on Sundays, mentoring leaders, or casting vision for the future, my goal is to build environments where the Holy Spirit moves, people feel genuinely known, and lives are transformed by the power of the Gospel.I thrive in settings where I can catch vision from senior leadership and translate it into actionable plans that grow people and build healthy teams. My communication style is rooted in clarity, authenticity, and conviction—whether in the pulpit, with staff, or in the community.Above all, I’m committed to creating a Christ-centered, Spirit-filled, high-touch church culture where people are welcomed, discipled, and sent to live out the Great Commission.
