My passion is in facilitating connections between customers and brands through promotions and events. My past experiences in Office Administration involves supporting the company by booking travel arrangements for technicians, prospects, and salespeople. This process involves building a rapport with others and ensuring that all there questions and concerns are answered before there trip. My communication skills have played a vital role in my success for this position. Furthermore this position has allowed me understand the importance in patience and adaptability in the workplace. This experience has also given me a great chance to increase my skills with customer relationship management. I have gained experience in marketing through my office administration job by assisting with event planning, marketing consultations concerning company website/social media, and being head of the culture club award program. This program was created to allow employees to recognize one another by nominating those who excelled with awards based on the companies core values. I have received high praise from both customers and coworkers for my passion, accountability, and overall focus. If mistakes have been made I communicate about them openly, honestly, and take swift action to set things right.
