As an Assistant Vice President at The Jacobson Group, the leading provider of talent to the insurance industry, I support the firm's professional recruiting staffing practice and develop and maintain client and candidate relationships across all industry verticals. I help deliver experienced and qualified professionals who can meet interim, project-based, and consulting needs, such as growth, peak periods, customer responsiveness, unforeseen workload situations, backlogs, response to legislation, technology conversions, and special projects. I have successfully managed multiple large-scale and complex projects, such as open enrollment, Medicare Advantage, and ACA compliance, and achieved high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
