After attending The Master's Academy and earning my degree from the University of Central Florida (UCF), I built a career that combines data-driven analysis, strategic thinking, and relationship-building—the core principles that guide my approach to commercial real estate. With 30 years of sales experience, I bring relentless drive and a results-oriented mindset to every transaction. My background as a hotel revenue manager sharpened my ability to analyze cash flow, optimize asset performance, and identify high-value investment opportunities—skills that are essential in today’s commercial real estate market. At NAI Global/NAI RealVest, I work alongside Paul Partyka’s team, facilitating high-impact transactions for national and independent developers, the Sanford Airport, municipalities, and land owners around central Florida. My strong relationships with municipalities across Central Florida allow me to navigate zoning, entitlements, and public-private partnerships with ease, helping clients capitalize on strategic growth opportunities.
