As a resident at Swedish Family Medicine, I am honored to continue my medical career at an institution dedicated to patient-centered care and social justice. I seek to build deep relationships with my patients and serve as an advisor, guide, and companion throughout all the overwhelming experiences life brings. I am fiercely passionate about Reproductive Justice and am excited offering options & support to those able to become pregnant. Additional clinical interests include procedures, caring for young families, adolescent well-being, and LGBTQI+ care. Personal passions include environmental preservation and lifestyle medicine. I could spend hours talking about sleep hygiene, meditation, and nutrition. I spend my free time at home either baking or getting active, with a particular love for yoga and hiking.
