About Blake Hollman

Blake has cultivated a passion for the insurance industry for over a decade now, specializing in a wide variety of Commercial Lines coverages including: Workers Comp, Property Casualty, Auto Liability, Professional Liability, Disability Insurance and Life Insurance. He also has a special focus in supporting business owners with building and maintaining a strong Risk Management culture to reduce risks and claims and, ultimately, reducing their cost. As a graduate of the University of Arizona he puts education at high importance in supporting his clientele. He earned his CRIS designation and continues to expand his insurance knowledge among several business industries. During this time he advanced from Insurance Agent to his current Leadership role as the VP and Co-Owner of Leavitt Group of Northern Arizona D.B.A. Butler-Leavitt Insurance. Blake has in depth experience and knowledge putting him in a unique position to relate to and level with his entire team. Blake’s goals to expand and support more businesses have come to fruition as he works to grow both Cottonwood and Flagstaff offices by educating his team, building trust, and providing support no matter how “small” the role. A truly exceptional leader and man to work with, Blake is also a family man. He has three beautiful children and a supportive wife.
