About Blake Ingleton

I am a dedicated Health and Safety Manager with a passion for creating impactful change in organizations. I am a young, results-driven professional who has achieved great success in a relatively short time in the field. My journey began when I single-handedly implemented a fully integrated management system, achieving ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications with only three minor non-conformances in the audit report. Since then, I have maintained the initial certification and successfully led the same company through its ISO 3834 certification with only one minor non-conformance. Being one of only 34 companies nationally to secure this accreditation has gained the company a reputation for excellence and allowed it to tender for lucrative projects that require a higher standard of workmanship. My current project involves working with a major global aerospace company to achieve more intensive defense and aerospace certifications. I have received several internal awards for excellence in these areas, as well as numerous employees of the month and the Annual Recognition of Resilience, Hardwork & Grit. I have a deep knowledge of the requirements to achieve and maintain these standards, as well as a drive to continue improving this knowledge. In my current role, I am a member of the leadership team, and I focus on prioritizing safety and driving success in under-performing areas of the business. I have experience working with foreign military customers, which has given me great insight into how different cultures operate and has enabled me to create a hybrid approach to management systems. I am a reliable, dependable, and motivated individual who takes pride in my work. I am committed to identifying and improving substandard processes while solving non-conforming quality, safety, and environmental issues. I have a strong work ethic and am dedicated to continual improvement both personally and professionally. I have a passion for improvement and striving for impactful change, which has manifested into the desire to implement systems that have the ability to shape the culture of the organization to realize its full potential.
