About Blake Kirbo

I am a recent graduate of the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University where I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a dual bachelors of Business Finance and Accounting. As a full- time student this prior semester, I also balanced positions as a trading/research intern at McDonald Capital Management where I am currently still interning and as a peer tutor for business students with learning disabilities. I was also a member of the Student Managed Investment Fund of which I helped build the $2.5 million portfolio and the Finance Management Association. My experiences have strengthened my ability to manage a diversified array of responsibilities in a manner that is time efficient and maintains quality. I have developed technical skills in the areas of accounting, financial modeling, and analysis primarily through simulation experience in my courses and real world experiences pertaining to my internships both at Dell Technologies Inc. and McDonald Capital Management. I have also developed strong interpersonal skills and effective presentation skills through my previous job/internship experience and education.
