About Blake Leschen

A recognised strategic professional, I have vast experience fostering relationships and delivering results for clients across private businesses and NFP organisations. Through my ten-year career with PWC, and now the Director of Finance & Operations at Switchboard Victoria, I have honed my finance, accounting, strategic planning, and project management expertise. In response to this experience, I developed an interest in driving efficiencies and creating value for clients through digital transformation. My career has also seen me rise to the challenge in leadership roles. I have managed and worked with diverse teams to transform and deliver improvements to organisations’ operations and finance functions. It has resulted in client accolades for helping them achieve above and beyond their potential and drive sustainable growth. Alongside my professional expertise, I have been fortunate to be on the board of Switchboard Victoria. This LGBTIQA+ NFP organisation is a leader in improving the mental health of a marginalised community. As Treasurer, I have been responsible for ensuring the financial stability and reporting of the organisation at a pivotal time in response to the pandemic.
