I am a global business professional with more than 20 years experience in providing HR consulting services. I've worked with companies large and small in diverse industries to develop their workforce solutions that meet their business objectives. My experiences have included managing global sales and operations as a Western General Manager/V.P. I understand daily operations, financial management, budgeting and P&L responsibilities that has helped increase my success in my various roles. I was the 2002 Global Marketing and Salesperson of the Year. I was selected among my peers of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce to become 1 of 153 appointed Ambassador’s of the Chamber in it’s rich history since 1905. I recently was recognized and awarded the position of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce Chairman of the Membership. My primary goals are to minimize my client's time, energy and internal resources while eliminating the anxiety of recruiting and staffing the proper employees by using our services. I accomplish these goals through accurate needs assessment, listening, understanding my clients and recruits positions of interest, proactive communication, advance planning, and ensuring that I'm available for my clients and customers 24 hours a day. I'm passionate about serving my clients and about finding more efficient and effective ways to help them meet their goals. I look to build life long business and personal relationships. I am a proud father of three beautiful and intelligent daughters.
