About Blake Reardon

Human Resources, Agriculture, Equine Management I am passionate about the people of an organisation. Employees are the engine of businesses and it’s vital that they create cultures in which they can thrive. As a human resources professional, I know how important my role is to the success of the business. With over 5 years’ experience in HR and operations, I am adept at enhancing the employee experience and developing positive workplace cultures. Recently, I have been employed in HR & Recruitment for Sulzer in Brisbane, Australia. In my first 4 months, I was able to close out 35+ roles. During the course of my career, I have gained experience in various industries. This includes agriculture, working as a farm hand and performance horse trainer as well as being heavily engaged in the cattle and crop operations. I also have strong retail experience across health and fitness, taking on my own retail store in 2017 which developed my operational skills and paved the way to my HR career. As of today, I work within engineering with a company who focuses on pumps, turbines, generators, and other forms of rotating equipment.
